Teen Gym has returned to the NAC with coach Matt Nezval. Four afternoons a week, Monday through to Thursday between 3- 5pm, 13-16 year old’s are invited to participate in a supervised program. The goal is introducing them to safe and effective resistance training, cardio and stretching in a fun and friendly environment.

Only $200.00 for 10 weeks- Term based program.
